Star Anise

Star anise tea is loaded with antioxidants and vitamins nutritious for our body.  

Boil 2 cups of water, add one teaspoon of star anise and a stick of cinnamon. Boil for 8 minutes, cover with lid and let steep for 3 minutes. Strain and serve.
